Network Cable Tester NF-810

1 Overview
NF-810 line finder is composed of transmitter and receiver. The appearance adopts a humanized curve design, and the grip is
comfortable. The classic red and black color scheme demonstrates ingenuity. It has telephone line hunting, network line hunting,
and power cable hunting functions. It can also test phone line polarity recognition, standby, off-hook, ringing and other
functions.
It is widely used in telephone systems, computer networks and other fields involving metal wire lines.

2). Product features
① Line hunting function
Rotate the transmitter knob switch to the "line hunting" position, the line hunting indicator light is always on, indicating that
it has entered the line hunting function. Connect one end of the network cable/telephone cable to be tested to the RJ45/RJ11 port
of the transmitter.
Turn on the receiver knob switch, you can adjust the receiver knob switch to the maximum sensitivity, use the receiver probe close
to the cable, when the receiver receives a signal, the receiver emits a "di di di" sound, the stronger the signal, the
yellow-green signal The brighter the indicator light flashes, you can quickly locate the approximate position of the cable in this
way.
After determining the approximate position of the cable, appropriately reduce the receiver's signal sensitivity to accurately
locate the target line.
② Line to line function
Rotate the transmitter knob switch to the "Alignment" position, the alignment indicator light is always on, indicating that the
alignment function has been entered.
The wire pairing function is mainly used to detect the wire sequence, short circuit, open circuit, and cross of the network cable,
and display the test results in the form of wire sequence lights. Insert one end of the network cable to be tested into the RJ45
interface of the transmitter and the other end into the RJ45 interface of the receiver, and judge the condition of the cable by
the light of the line sequence light.
③、Telephone line status detection function
Connect the transmitter to the phone with the RJ11 adapter cable, turn the transmitter knob switch to the "phone line" position,
and the phone line indicator will light up.
④ Headphone function
When the receiver is tested in a noisy environment, you can wear headphones for operation to avoid external interference.
⑤ LED lighting function
When the receiver is turned on, press the "LED lighting" switch button to turn on the LED lighting, and press it again to turn off
the LED lighting.
