Notes:
As strong sunlight would weaken laser energy, which might influence the accuracy and measuring range, so we recommend you to avoid using in a direct sunlight. If have to use, we kindly recommend to put a smooth and opaque reflective plate （White plastic board）at the target to improve the stability and accuracy of measurement, because the more smooth and opaque the surface is, the high reflectivity would be. It means the more light will be returned and the more easily it will be received by the laser measure.
This laser tape measure has no mute function, and the sound of each BEEP means it just finished a single measurement.
Accuracy Check of the Distance Measurement
We will strictly check the accuracy of all the products, but sometimes you need to re-adjust the accuracy after receiving the laser tape measure.
For example，if you want to measure a length within 10m，please check its accuracy firstly：
- Choose an unchangeable measuring section with a length of approx. 1 to 10 metres;Its length must be known correctly;The measuring distance should be indoors; The target surface for the measurement must be smooth and reflect well
- Measure the distance at least 10 times to get a mean value
The deviation between the individual measurements and the mean value shall not exceed ±2 mm (maximum). Record the measurement results in order to compare the accuracy of the measurement results.
If you find that the deviation exceed ±2 mm, you can activate the special-designed self-calibration function to calibrate the measuring accuracy.
