Underground pipeline detector What are the receiving detection methods? Cable fault tester manufacturers The underground pipeline detector receiver is used to locate the target pipeline, determine the depth and measure the current in the target pipeline. When the signal of the transmitter is successfully applied to the target pipeline . When the transmitter's signal is successfully applied to the target pipeline, the receiver can be used to detect the position, direction and depth of the target pipeline.

Location and burial depth are the most important information for underground pipelines. Therefore, pipeline positioning and depth determination are the most important links in underground pipeline detection work. 1. When the receiver for pipeline positioning detects the position of the target pipeline, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors that may interfere with the positioning accuracy at any time, so as to prevent the transmitter signal from being coupled to the adjacent pipeline, which may cause deviations in the detection results. (1) Preparations: 1) Check the power supply voltage: Turn on the receiver and check the battery voltage. When the battery is insufficient, it needs to be fully charged before use.

2) Frequency selection: Press the frequency key to set the receiver frequency to the desired frequency. If active source mode is used, the frequency of the receiver should be the same as that of the transmitter. 3) Sensitivity setting: Adjust the up key or down key to increase or decrease the receiver gain so that the bar graph reading is at 60-80% of the entire range.

4) Working mode selection: Press the mode key to select the appropriate working mode as required. The underground pipeline detector receiver provides four detection modes: peak mode, broad peak mode, broad peak arrow mode and valley mode. (2) Peak value (maximum value) method The peak value method response mode adopts a single horizontal antenna (broad peak) or a double horizontal antenna to receive the horizontal component of the target pipeline signal, and the receiver obtains the maximum response directly above the target pipeline.

The single-horizontal antenna broad-peak mode is used to locate deep pipelines, and the detection signal sensitivity is the highest. When the receiver is directly above the pipeline to be detected, the signal strength is the largest, the response range is wide, and the positioning accuracy is lower than other methods. The double-horizontal antenna peak method has a steeper peak response than the single-horizontal antenna broad-peak mode, the measurement position is relatively accurate, and the signal strength is weaker.

Signal strength peaks when the receiver is directly above the pipeline being positioned. The underground pipeline detector can accurately locate and measure the depth of underground pipelines, cables and optical cables without excavation. With super anti-interference ability, precise positioning and sounding functions, it is suitable for the detection and line inspection of various underground metal pipelines, pipeline management and maintenance, municipal planning and construction, power supply and other departments. It is a must for pipeline maintenance units. one of the instruments.

The overall components of the pipeline detection instrument: transmitter, receiver, connecting wire, clamp, strong magnet, file, ground rod, transmitter charger, receiver charger; warranty card, manual, accessories list. Direct connection method of underground pipeline detector: 1. Connect the connector of the connecting line to the transmitter, connect the red alligator clip to the strong magnet, and attach the strong magnet to the pipeline; connect the black alligator clip to the ground rod. 2. Turn on the transmitter, press the F key to adjust the transmission frequency to 512Hz, and adjust the gain to 5.

The transmitter should be placed parallel to the top of the pipe. 3. Turn on the receiver and adjust the frequency to 512Hz corresponding to the transmitter. 4. Select the peak arrow mode for detection mode, long press the + button to adjust the sensitivity to an appropriate size, the handheld receiver is perpendicular to the transmitter, and move left and right to detect; the place with the largest response is the target pipeline position.

Press the i key directly above the pipeline to measure the depth. Move left and right to detect the underground pipeline detector clamp method: 1. Connect the clamp cable to the transmitter, and clamp the clamp on the target cable. 2. Turn on the transmitter, the instrument automatically selects 33KHz, and adjusts the gain to 5.

The transmitter should be placed parallel to the top of the cable. 3. Turn on the receiver and adjust the frequency to 33KHz corresponding to the transmitter. 4. Select the peak arrow mode for detection mode, long press the + button to adjust the sensitivity to an appropriate size, the handheld receiver is perpendicular to the transmitter, move left and right to detect, and the place with the largest response is the target pipeline position.

Press the i button directly above the pipeline to measure the depth of the cable fault tester manufacturer Shenzhen Noyafa Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.
