The rubber used is not clean and contains impurities; the time control is short during scorch, and the temperature of the body, head or die is too high; the rubber in the head does not flow smoothly, and the rubber stays Dead angle; the screw is not smooth, viscose, etc. may cause clinker particles (pre-vulcanized rubber particles) or impurities on the surface of the rubber sheathed cable. 3. The surface of the die sleeve is not very smooth and has no chamfer; it is thought that sometimes impurities or cooked rubber particles will block the die opening; dragging the tube in the vulcanization tube is scratched; the diameter of the rubber gasket at the outlet of the vulcanization tube is too small, etc. Resulting in scratches and abrasions on the surface of the rubber sheathed cable.
4. The diameter of the die sleeve is too large; the space between the outer strands and the monofilaments of the conductive wire core is too large, and the outer diameter of the cable core is not uniform; the rubber material has small plasticity and poor viscosity; there are impurities in the rubber; Low pressure, etc., may cause the surface of the rubber sheathed cable to dent. 5. The diameter of the die sleeve is too small, the rubber extrusion is insufficient, and the gap between the cores will not be filled; the conductive core or cable core jumper; the short distance between the die, etc. may cause the surface of the rubber sheathed cable.
