However, when using a professional cable fault locator to locate, sometimes there are some special problems that cannot be located. For example, the creepage flashover fault of the insulation surface of the terminal head and the center head of the cross-linked power cable, the quasi-recognition point of the metal short-circuit fault, etc., the use of professional cable fault locators often appears powerless or powerless.
For common cable faults, the location of the fault point can generally be identified within a few minutes or hours using a store-bought cable fault locator.
