The grounding insulation resistance meter is used to measure the insulation resistance of transformers, motors, cables, reactors, generators and other equipment and components. The special high-voltage test line is adopted, which eliminates the influence of the test line on the test results. The voltage is multi-level output, easy to use, and the digital liquid crystal display makes the reading more intuitive.

At present, the grounding insulation resistance meter is used more, and its correct use method is as follows. (1) First, embed the auxiliary grounding probe and connecting wire attached to the table according to the regulations (C-connect to 40m long line, P-connect to 20m short line, E-connect to grounding electrode). (2) Disconnect the connection line between the ground electrode under test and the protected electrical equipment.

(3) Level the meter and select the appropriate magnification. (4) Shake the meter to adjust the balance indicator _, so that the needle points to zero. (5) Try to make the meter read at the rated speed. When there is ground current interference, the speed can be changed in a small range to make the meter reach zero and then read the value.

(6) The measuring dial must be re-adjusted every time the magnification is changed, so that the balance of the instrument is zero.
